<p>THE SCARS YOU SEE ARE THE RESULT OF EXTERNAL WOUNDS THAT HEALED, YET THIS ISNT ABOUT THOSE ‘WOUNDS’&#8230;</p>
<p>Take a look at the picture attached, what do you see?</p>
<p>Do you see imbalance, do you see scars, do you see anything else?</p>
<p>The scars on my back are a marker of the journey i have been on and<br />
Not the result of a journey i have been on.</p>
<p>These scars are a part of me but they are not who i am.</p>
<p>And these are just a few that i have, the 6 inch scar on my head from the brain tumour, the 2 inch scar on my leg from barb wire and the 2 inch scar on my groin after falling out of a tree&#8230;.</p>
<p>Not to mention all the scar tissue in my colon from the auto-immune disease of my gut that i used to have.</p>
<p>It can be so easy to allow yourself to define yourself by what or what doesn’t fit the social norms of acceptable on the outside.</p>
<p>I remember being called pretty spiteful names as a kid like ‘hunch back’ etc and i really just wanted to be ‘normal’ in those moments, to have a straight spine.</p>
<p>Yet as the scars fade the wounds feel less severe, they calm down and you start to heal.</p>
<p>But what about the emotional wounds we carry?</p>
<p>In my experience, the emotional ‘wounds’ that i experienced and created are much more long standing than any external wound on my body.</p>
<p>The emotional wounds of bullying for being different, the wounds from being singled out and the wounds for not feeling enough just as i was in this body.</p>
<p>These wounds to this day stay with me much more.</p>
<p>I have made peace with my physical body and find acceptance and gratefulness in how strong it is, considering all the adaptations.</p>
<p>What i have found WAY more of a challenge is the letting go of the internal wounds I mentioned.</p>
<p>The self hatred<br />
The internal fights<br />
The thoughts and feelings of rejection<br />
The not enough ness</p>
<p>All felt VERY real for me and the funny thing is over the years they got MORE intense, unlike the physical wounds that always heal.</p>
<p>And this is kinda my point today.</p>
<p>If you have internal ‘wounds’, situations that you have faced in your life that cause you large amounts of stress, that bring you down and see you in a downward spiral time to time&#8230;.</p>
<p>It wont get better UNLESS you choose to face it.</p>
<p>It’s well known the more we turn away from something, the bigger it seems to get.</p>
<p>Take issues in a relationship, both people know deep down if there is an issue but if you refuse to confront it as it feels awkward then it will eventually blow up in your face.</p>
<p>Yet when you turn IN to something, although sometimes fucking uncomfortable, it will shrink.</p>
<p>In time it will feel better and you will heal.</p>
<p>This has been my experience.</p>
<p>That’s why i always tell people, to have what you want is EASY, yet making the choice isn’t.</p>
<p>It’s easy to see the blocks in life, they are represented by the RESULTS that we have.</p>
<p>Yet FACING those results and taking responsibility is the ‘hard’ bit.</p>
<p>Because, as soon as you acknowledge the issue, it becomes yours to deal with.</p>
<p>Not many people like that kind of responsibility simply because they don’t believe in themselves enough to solve the perceived issue.</p>
<p>It’s way easier to blame the world.</p>
<p>A word on blame.</p>
<p>The most unhappy people i have ever met were always a victim in some way.</p>
<p>This happened to me<br />
I was dealt a bad hand<br />
That’s just the way life is.</p>
<p>And I WAS that person, after dying a few times and being beaten emotionally for many years, I believed that i was destined for an unhappy life.</p>
<p>Yet i took responsibility and chose to do something different, to think different, to act different.</p>
<p>It worked out kinda well.</p>
<p>Now ill ask you to consider this, where do you hold onto the internal wounds to validate a victim story.</p>
<p>To get connection<br />
To get significance</p>
<p>Be honest with yourself as thats really the only way life is going to change long term for you.</p>
<p>You are not broken and you never were, no matter what you have experienced.</p>
<p>Your path is divinely guided and is always looking out for you.</p>
<p>Now i hear people say to me ‘how can you have that outlook on life after all you went through?’</p>
<p>My reply, i can let the past rule my NOW if i choose yet that will never give me the opportunity to create my future in a way i prefer.</p>
<p>I am NOT my past, yet the past moments are my fuel, my power and my purpose to live the life i do.</p>
<p>When you can start to see EVERYTHING in life as a gift then you have no fears anymore, just fuel and opportunity to show the world what IS possible.</p>
<p>So you have a choice, just like i do.</p>
<p>Consciously create what you prefer and heal the internal wounds of the past or let the unsealed wounds of the past run the show.</p>

<p>Over the years I have shifted from just dealing with a broken down body I see in front of me and shifted more to the 30,000 ft view of WHY this is occurring.</p>
<p>There is no escaping the role that environment plays in our day to day health but I am not sure that people really FULLY understand the importance of environment in health and life.</p>
<p>So lets dig in.</p>
<p>Without getting into deep physiological research it has been proven over and over that what we are exposed to emotionally and physically IS affecting our physical body on a moment to moment basis.</p>
<p>The simplest way to understand this through your experience of hot and cold.</p>
<p>When we are exposed to a temperature either greater or less than our body temperature it sets off a chain reaction in the human body.</p>
<p>The Hypothalamus registers this change and it then responds. It will send a message to the pituitary which in turn sends pre hormones (TSH) to the thyroid to ask it to re-regulate the bodies metabolic temperature.</p>
<p>The above is VERY basic and there is A LOT more to it however to understand regulation I feel this helps.</p>
<p>So you now know that the hypothalamus helps us to regulate different processes in the body. It receives signals from the outside ‘environment’ and it receives feedback from the inside of the body too.</p>
<p>Mainly in the form of hormones, neurotransmitters and inflammatory cytokines. These are critical for the body to keep balance day to day and the body is incredible at doing it too.</p>
<p>However if we are exposed to a very acute environment that then turns chronic we put a lot more stress on the body.</p>
<p>Take training as an example.</p>
<p>The body is great at recovering, adapting and regenerating tissue when it is in the right environment however when something significant shifts then the body starts to struggle to maintain homeostasis (Balance).</p>
<p>For example if you train 4 times a week and that feels good, you wake up refreshed, energized and energy is good through the day, they are all good markers the body is doing well.</p>
<p>Enter a change in environment like MORE work to do and longer hours.</p>
<p>Rather than adjusting our training type / frequency we continue to PUSH and this WILL and does affect the ability for you to recover and ultimately your health.</p>
<p>The body will down regulate certain processes in order to give attention to the extra mental energy required for instance.</p>
<p>Now in the short term this really isn’t going to cause many issues at all, its when we start getting LOTS of different stimulus into our environment that the body gets overwhelmed and choices become harder for the body to make.</p>
<p>In the western world we are more time poor, stressed out than ever before and yet we are PUSHING harder than ever before with late nights, drugs, alcohol, lack of sleep etc.</p>
<p>The results of this I see is that people are much more exposed to things like the common cold for example.</p>
<p>A cold is a sure fire sign that the immune system is overwhelmed and imbalanced.</p>
<p>And FYI a cold or two a year ISNT normal, its common, I last had a cold nearly 8 years ago.</p>
<p>And no I’m not special.</p>
<p>And when the body starts to get more and more pressure on it it starts to open you up to issues.</p>
<p>A very simple example is this.</p>
<p>When you face a stressor whether physical or emotional the body triggers the fight or flight response. This response is required and life saving in its mechanism.</p>
<p>It will draw blood away from places in the body it is not immediately required and send it to working muscles, limbs, heart etc.</p>
<p>Here’s the issue.</p>
<p>The more stress we put on the body and LESS time we spend recovering we start to down regulate important processes.</p>
<p>One being the digestive system and that’s not cool if you desire to build muscle and get lean.</p>
<p>When you trigger the stress response you re-direct blood away from the gut, this stops you breaking down and absorbing food as well. Thus you recovery and gains suffer.</p>
<p>This is a VERY real issue I SEE in people I consult with.</p>
<p>They think because they are simply eating the calorific value of food required that that is what is being used.<br />
Nope. Its just too cut and dry.</p>
<p>So that might not seem that extreme and it really isn’t but this progresses over time until the system starts to get overwhelmed in other places like the liver and its ability to clear reactive fat soluble toxins for instance.</p>
<p>Its certainly a build up over time and the more we are exposed to more and more stress the LESS AND LESS balance the body finds itself.</p>
<p>Thus the discussion around environment is a very important one.</p>
<p>The more YOU set about controlling your environment the better choices you make and ultimately the more you will benefit.</p>
<p>Remember your environment covers all areas.</p>
<p>Home (mould, damp, feeling settled etc)<br />
Relationships (with self and others)<br />
Health (symptoms, stress, sleep, hydration, food etc)<br />
Work (enjoyment, boss, time off, money earnings)<br />
Money (bills to pay, financial freedom etc)<br />
Body (positive or negative image etc)</p>
<p>The above is a tiny picture of areas to consider an how they are playing a role in your day to day environment.</p>
<p>There is no 1 thing to do to change any of this other than start making choices that serve you FIRST.</p>
<p>As I always say “no amount of self sacrifice will make you happy”</p>
<p>I wrote this article purely to give you different insight into how factors are affecting us on a daily basis and although in this moment it doesn’t FEEL too much, in the long term if it carries on you KNOW its not going to end well.</p>
<p>One thing I see is the more that our clients consciously choose to control their internal and external environment.</p>
<p>The better life gets.</p>

<p>Frankly it doesn&#8217;t really matter to YOU right now but what i guess DOES matter to you is how you LOOK, FEEL AND PERFORM?</p>
<p>Am I right? (If i am READ ON&gt;&gt;&gt;)</p>
<p>So my intention for this post is to tie in what the GUT has to do with how you FEEL, LOOK and PERFORM on a daily basis.</p>
<p>Lets Start: (This will NOT be a biochemistry lesson)</p>
<p>We have worked with professional athletes, general populations and all the labels in-between.</p>
<p>The Gut is over 22 feet long and runs from your mouth to your anus.</p>
<p>It house 75% of your total IMMUNE system in or around it.</p>
<p>It has its OWN nervous system (Enteric Nervous System) that actually has MORE nerve cells than your spinal column.</p>
<p>Over 400 different species )that we know of) of bacteria are in the gut and balance is CRITICAL.</p>
<p>It actually is home to more NEURO -transmitters like serotonin and dopamine than the brain&#8230;.</p>
<p>Why do i bother to even mention this, glad you asked!</p>
<p>Truth is this. The digestive system is the entry point of the body. It is where we break down our foods to the smallest possible parts and absorb what we require and hopefully excrete what isn&#8217;t needed.</p>
<p>Based on the health of the gut (If you suffer with bloating, pain, constipation, diarrhoea etc listen up!) you will affect EVERY system of the human body.</p>
<p>If you have issues breaking down food (Low enzymes) you will &#8216;stress&#8217; the gut which will start to affect the immune system. This in turn affects your stress response in the body&#8230;.</p>
<p>(So if you are interested in HIGH energy AND performance this is already keeping you under achieving)</p>
<p>If you have unidentified Inflammation or infections then these again will be affecting your immune system AND nervous system in the GUT.</p>
<p>This is where is see people with &#8216;head issues&#8217; like depression and anxiety.</p>
<p>There is a nerve in the gut that runs straight back to the brain called the Vagus Nerve. When your gut is &#8216;out of whack&#8217; it will be firing &#8216;hypersensitive&#8217; signals that through of a variety of things in the brain.</p>
<p>(EVERY CLIENT we have every worked with that has depression or anxiety HAD issues going on in the gut.)</p>
<p>I could go on and on but that would be EVEN more boring.</p>
<p>So hear this.</p>
<p>We get people come to us with Thyroid, hormone, diseases of various levels of severity etc and we NEVER work with the &#8216;THING&#8217; they come to us with.</p>
<p>We DEEPLY understand that the human body is a bunch of COMMUNICATING systems that affect each other.</p>
<p>(Sorry conventional medicine but this is really where you drop the ball&#8230;.)</p>
<p>We always build from the ground up.</p>
<p>So what steps can YOU take to improve performance, energy and body composition TODAY.</p>
<ol>
<li>Work out what is going on in your gut. Do you get bloated after meals? Do you get pain, discomfort, do you suffer with constipation, gas bloating etc?</li>
</ol>
<p>(Raising awareness is the MOST important step.)</p>
<p>Ensure FULL digestion of FOOD.</p>
<p>From there we can start to look for triggers like types of food, chemicals, stress, hydration etc.</p>
<ol start="2">
<li>Get Tested: I only have this step as a go to when someone ticks the following boxes:</li>
</ol>
<p>&#8211; Been to a less developed country (Egypt, SE Asia, India, South America etc) AND got SICK.</p>
<p>&#8211; Constant symptoms of bloating, diarrhoea, reflux etc</p>
<p>(Testing quality is imperative: Example I had a 12 year old boy come to us and he had pain EVERY DAY for 2 years. All tests from hospital and &#8220;the best IBS specialist in the UK&#8221; came back negative.</p>
<p>I test him and find 3 infections. Quality matters.)</p>
<ol start="3">
<li>Understand the digestive system works in the PARA-sympatheitic nervous system. Simply this is a REST based system.</li>
</ol>
<p>So if you have high stressed jobs, lives and little time for rest you will be STARVING your gut of blood flow as you will be spending MORE time in your Sympathetic nervous system.</p>
<p>(Thats WHY people who have gut issues often have skin issue too)</p>
<p>Note: WORD on REFLUX: Reflux in 99% of ALL cases we work with is NOT high stomach acid. It is a NERVOUS SYSTEM issue that is preventing the flap of skin (esophageal stricture) working correctly)</p>
<p>If YOU just concentrated on the ABOVE I GUARANTEE you will get leaner, stronger, perform BETTER AND have more energy.</p>
<p>As I&#8217;m sure you can appreciate I can literally write a WHOLE book on this but ill stop here for now.</p>

<p>A guy that was lonely and isolated himself unless he was drinking.</p>
<p>I told myself it was ‘all under control’ and that I can stop when I wanted.</p>
<p>Yet I never stopped for years.</p>
<p>I thought I was accepted when I was being this person but I never ever accepted myself.</p>
<p>The switch flicked later that year when I left corporate finance and moved into training as a personal trainer.</p>
<p>I started addressing my health that was declining.</p>
<p>I’d only a few years early got over a brain tumour and then meningitis of the brain.</p>
<p>I still had a auto-immune condition raging inside me.</p>
<p>The medications slowing symptoms on one side and destroying my liver &amp; spleen on the other.</p>
<p>I’ve learnt a lot about myself in 10 years.</p>
<p>More than that, I’ve let go of a lot of things that don’t serve me anyone.</p>
<p>It’s been 10 years of profound growth and change.</p>
<p>It’s why Marta and I love this work.,</p>
<p>When I look at the path I was on 10 years ago, I was heading for implosion.</p>
<p>A life on the soulless corporate ladder.</p>
<p>Thank fuck I CHOSE to change!</p>
<p>We all have that choice.</p>
<p>Yet know this, this journey has plummeted me to the depths of darkness and at points I questioned the ‘point’.</p>
<p>Yet on the other side I found self acceptance.</p>

<p>Unless you understand stage 1 (p450 cytochrome) and stage two clearance then you are just being sold a bunch of likely poor quality supplements that someone is making at least 25% on.</p>
<p>It’s TRUE that there can be issues with the function of stage one and stage 2 in the liver, pathways can down regulate and up-regulate.</p>
<p>Yet, the liver is pretty amazing when you don’t for 11 months of the year hammer it with alcohol, drugs, poor quality food etc</p>
<p>I won’t go deep into this but honestly, a liver doesn’t choose what to do, it’s actions are the result of MANY systems and hormonal processes.</p>
<p>Let me also say when you do a ‘detox’ and you feel shit for days on end, that’s not a good sign you need it, it’s a sign your system is overwhelmed.</p>
<p>It’s a sign you are mobilising things from tissues (not in the liver) that you can metabolise and handle.</p>
<p>In fact you are CREATING inflammation increase.</p>
<p>And to diets.</p>
<p>Technically the way we eat is our diet but we both know when the words ‘I’m going on a diet’ come out of someone’s mouth, it often signals the latest magazine or social media fad to follow.</p>
<p>In my experience with helping hundreds of people with health I see a lot of issues caused emotionally by the above approaches.</p>
<p>Not to mention the issues it causes physically.</p>
<p>Now this is a BIG subject. Very.</p>
<p>And I don’t profess to have all the answers.</p>
<p>It’s just an opinion but if people were committed to just being consistent with single ingredient, while food a majority of the time, disease and obesity would drop.</p>
<p>But here’s why it won’t.</p>
<p>Your dopamine reward system.</p>
<p>Our brain LOVES the anticipation of change and a possible result.</p>
<p>It just doesn’t love the actual result as much.</p>
<p>So we stay excited about all these new ‘diets’ yet let’s be honest, a chronically low amount of people ever follow through.</p>
<p>When I work with people or our coaches do, we do a full emotional and health history AND test them.</p>
<p>Our job is to take away the overwhelm and the guess work and give people personalised approaches to health.</p>
<p>For many it’s actually quite straight forward.</p>
<p>For some, the very reason they diet so much, emotionally eat and have a rollercoaster ride with good is because they have underlying issues that they don’t even know about.</p>
<p>Maybe it’s a parasite</p>
<p>Maybe it’s imbalanced bacteria and the waste of that bacteria is affecting your brain.</p>
<p>Maybe it’s an infection that’s causing low level inflammation which triggers over eating.</p>
<p>Maybe not.</p>
<p>Just some evening thought.</p>

<p>I&#8217;ll be honest. Shame and guilt are the biggest things that keep you stuck right now.</p>
<p>Leaning in and releasing all the negative energy around them will transform your life quicker than you can imagine.</p>
<p>So I finish with this.</p>
<p>To all the things including my BACK I was ashamed of, I&#8217;m now in a place to see how PERFECT you and the situations really are.</p>

<p>So I arranged the protocol and we got started.</p>
<p>Now when you are breaking things down that shouldn’t be there it’s going to physically challenge the liver, kidneys, lungs, digestion and skin.</p>
<p>All detox systems.</p>
<p>So we of course plan for it.</p>
<p>Yet there is likely days where the body can’t keep up.</p>
<p>Yesterday morning was that day.</p>
<p>Feel HORRID.</p>
<p>My mind was clear.</p>
<p>Not my body.</p>
<p>So instead of just getting in with work<br />
I adopted self care.</p>
<p>Aka inhalation bath that Marta sorted for me.</p>
<p>So what my point to all this.</p>
<p>We can talk Mindset all we want but your head will only thrive when you have a body that is sub optimal.</p>

<p>I personally had had a credit card since finishing University and had some ‘history’ with building up credit card bills only to be bailed out by my parents.</p>
<p>Marta had never got a credit card until we went travelling towards the end of 2011.</p>
<p>So fast forward to October 2013 and we were sitting in a seminar and were offered a opportunity to go to a seminar….</p>
<p>roughly £600 on a credit card….</p>
<p>November same year we went to the seminar broke. Even stayed in the hotel down the road as it was cheaper by a few pounds.</p>
<p>Mentoring was offered and the £2500 went on my credit card. We simply had no other place to go.</p>
<p>This trend continued and i tell you this for a reason….</p>
<p>I KNOW many of you will have been in a similar situation…</p>
<p>So lets dig in.</p>
<p>Marta and me go ourselves to a point where we had way over £30k on credit cards between us and it felt strangling….</p>
<p>There were points when we literally were days from missing minimum payments and getting a good old ‘black mark’ on our records….</p>
<p>I had so much shame and guilt around debt that i would not go and ask for help….</p>
<p>I was ‘determined’ to sort the ’shit’ out….</p>
<p>And that very short sentence WAS the reason we were stuck for SO long.</p>
<p>We thought we had to DO MORE to get ourselves OUT of the place we were…The fight mentality came out of fear of that we were not good enough.</p>
<p>It never worked.</p>
<p>Things just gathered momentum and we literally were embarrassed with our situation.</p>
<p>I tell you all this because i KNOW there are people reading this that will resonate with this and require something to shift SOON to feel that it WILL get better.</p>
<p>So here is what we have re-learned regarding the word debt and how you can regain your POWER with money and NOT let it CONTROL you day to DAY!.</p>
<p>Debt is a mindset and a VERY clever one that keeps most people in the western world in FEAR and anxious day to day.</p>
<p>The truth is a MAJORITY of the worlds money is OWED to someone….</p>
<p>Governments</p>
<p>Companies</p>
<p>personal</p>
<p>The US government wiped out trillions (yep you read that right) in 2009 from the big banks like JP Morgan when they collapsed.</p>
<p>They simply wiped it out&#8230;</p>
<p>That number was almost the TOTAL personal debt on the planet.</p>
<p>So can you SEE how this is all just all a silly little game…..</p>
<p>Stick with me…</p>
<p>When you think of the word ‘debt’ what do you think of?</p>
<p>Lack, fear, scarcity, not enough? (Have a moment to think about this)</p>
<p>As i KNOW when i used to think of this world there was a whole world of ‘wrongness’ around it.</p>
<p>It was steeped in shame and guilt as parents very often didn’t grow up with the ability to ‘use’ credit.</p>
<p>So often we will hear things like…</p>
<p>‘i never had to get myself into debt’</p>
<p>‘I just had to make it work’</p>
<p>‘There is no need for credit cards they are a dangerous game’</p>
<p>We are heavily conditioned that ‘debt’ is a ‘bad’ place to be…</p>
<p>As in it assumes you are NOT in control..</p>
<p>Thus there comes a ‘stigma’ with a word and that then carries a ‘energy’</p>
<p>The energy around debt it lack. Lack is a very low frequency energy so the more we experience the word debt from ‘traditional’ perspective the more ‘wrongness’ we will FEEL.</p>
<p>What i desire for you ‘GET’ is that debt is a word. nothing more.</p>
<p>We are humans GIVE power and ENERGY to it.</p>
<p>So until YOU can SHIFT you energy around this word then you will continue to rack up credit cards, loans etc and even when you pay them down they will come straight back….</p>
<p>Maybe you know what I mean.</p>
<p>A big step you get to take is to come from NEUTRAL around your current situation…</p>
<p>No more judgement.</p>
<p>No more beating yourself up for where you currently are.</p>
<p>No amount of wrongness you apply to your situation will ALLOW you to move forward….</p>
<p>Grab a journal, piece of paper or whatever feels good and at the TOP of the paper simply write the word ‘DEBT’</p>
<p>Then set a timer and for every 20 seconds.</p>
<p>Every 20 seconds I want you to think or say the word debt and write down the words that come to your mind.</p>
<p>Do this for 3 &#8211; 5 minutes.</p>
<p>no judgement on this just write the FIRST thing that comes to your head each time.</p>
<p>Now look at the paper and see what you have written. For each thing you wrote LOOK at WHO and WHERE you have heard that in LIFE.</p>
<p>I promise you that you were NOT born with these perceptions around this word so they are learnt.</p>
<p>So first we get to bring AWARENESS to where they come from.</p>
<p>No awareness = nothing can change.</p>
<p>You will have likely heard mum, dad, friends, grandparents etc use these words….</p>
<p>This simply means you are LIVING there reality and not choosing to define your own….</p>
<p>You can take this deeper but we will save this for another day.</p>
<p>Now once you can SEE where you have picked up these thoughts and feelings up from this is your opportunity to CHOOSE what you desire to re-define this word.</p>
<p>Grab a piece of paper and again write ‘debt’ on the top.</p>
<p>Now consciously write down how you DESIRE to feel when you say the word debt.</p>
<p>The idea is that you get to FEEL light around it.</p>
<p>Now i KNOW what you are thinking at this stage….</p>
<p>Doing the above isn’t ‘changing’ the amount of money you OWE.</p>
<p>Correct.</p>
<p>However, until you can get to a place of lightness around it you WILL stay stuck just like Marta and I did.</p>
<p>So we get to DO the above first….As no amount of hustle, grind and grit with outwork a BROKE arse mindset.</p>
<p>Next you get to understand that your beliefs around ‘debt’ are based on the close circle of people you hang out with….</p>
<p>Look around. How many of your friends are in a similar position….</p>
<p>I guarantee quite a few of them…</p>
<p>Like attracts like.</p>
<p>So you get to be CONSCIOUS about the conversations you have day to day.</p>
<p>As without you knowing they come from lack…</p>
<p>like when people ask “how you getting on?”</p>
<p>We reply “I’m surviving”</p>
<p>Or I’m getting by etc etc</p>
<p>Our language is KEY to creating a reality and for marta and me SHIFTING our language has allowed us to SEE and experience profound change in life.</p>
<p>Many conversations are based out of ‘avoidance’ rather than abundance.</p>
<p>As in ‘at least I’m not broke’</p>
<p>or ‘money doesn’t grow on trees’</p>
<p>or ‘its alright for some’</p>
<p>All these declarations again are based out of lack and are actually PULLING you further into the very place you SAY you don’t desire to be.</p>
<p>So I ask you to consider HOW and WHAT you talk about around money.</p>
<p>Change the conversation and use EVIDENCE….</p>
<p>EVIDENCE IS EVERYWHERE TO EITHER PROVE YOUR SHIT OR CREATE A NEW REALITY.</p>
<p>Is it a possibility that there are people out there that HAVE changed their situation and are THRIVING?</p>
<p>its EASY to all group together and bitch and moan about ‘our’ situation….</p>
<p>However how do you CONNECT with people?</p>
<p>Do you desire to connect in a LACK mindset (debt)</p>
<p>Or do you desire to connect in a ABUNDANCE mindset?</p>
<p>Your choice….</p>
<p>Next. Swap OUT the word debt from your language.</p>
<p>If you cant get yourself to neutral with the word ‘debt’, simply STOP using it.</p>
<p>Marta and me always talk about credit cards or loans as an ‘energetic allowance’.</p>
<p>Heres the thing with using ‘credit’….</p>
<p>When you are in KNOWING and it FEELS good to make an investment…It will WORK FOR YOU….</p>
<p>If you decide to make an investment from lack and a fear of missing out…</p>
<p>You WILL prove your bullshit and it will FEEL like a ‘waste’ of money.</p>
<p>As you will have gathered I’m not writing this as a financial plan…</p>
<p>They are BULLSHIT unless you take AWAY the wrongness around owing money and shift to a energy that is light.</p>
<p>Now this doesn’t mean that we go to avoidance and bury your head in the sand.</p>
<p>You get to be sticking to commitments.</p>
<p>Where you commit to payments and agreements then STICK to them.</p>
<p>If you CANT then communicate CLEARLY and ASK for a solution. I promise people are NOT out to get you.</p>
<p>Everyone just wants to get paid….</p>
<p>Remember ‘How we do 1 thing is how we do ALL things’ &#8211; So if you stay in avoidance in money then it WILL play out in all areas of life….</p>
<p>The biggest shifts for Marta and me ALWAYS come when we show up in FULL vulnerability and openness.</p>
<p>Without judgement, shame or guilt….</p>
<p>To finish I desire to share with you WHY i stayed ’stuck’ for such a long time with money….</p>
<p>As we say ‘the thing in NOT the thing’ we just place it there because its a accepted taboo…</p>
<p>Like money, sex and religion.</p>
<p>So here was my block…</p>
<p>When i was young (8-9) I was upstairs with two girls and they were a little older than me. Long story short we started to all explore each others bodies out of curiosity…</p>
<p>In walks my mum…</p>
<p>She goes crazy, calls us ‘disgusting’ and drags me into the car…</p>
<p>Now i don’t remember much from the ride home except this sentence….</p>
<p>Cliff, if you cant be trusted…..</p>
<p>Ouch…..I realised i carried that with me up until last year.</p>
<p>I obviously had to PROVE that i wasn’t trustworthy so of course what better way to fulfil my belief than fuck myself over with money….</p>
<p>I had so much shame and guilt around the situation with the girls that it was one of the reasons i would go out to world more….</p>
<p>In FEAR that the company would grow ‘big’ and that would ‘come out’</p>
<p>Now many will have stories like this and in my experience amazing things ‘happen’ when you emotionally RELEASE guilt and shame.</p>
<p>The day after i released this story and made peace with it we got our FIRST 15k client…</p>
<p>Coincidence? Not in our world.</p>
<p>I actually had a client that had one of his worst months for a LONG time…</p>
<p>We had a call Tuesday and released a powerful story and he messages me that he just got a £2k client ‘out of nowhere’ lol.</p>
<p>So look in your life where you carry shame and guilt and let that shit GO!</p>
<p>So I literally have no idea what i have read above or if its even going to make sense to you all.</p>
<p>All i have shared is what i have experienced with the word ‘debt’ and what i have down to shift our experience with it.</p>
<p>Marta and me still have money on credit cards and thats ok as we KNOW what its there FOR and find peace with that it can and will go if we desire it to go….</p>
<p>Money has NO power. Its paper.</p>

<p>Now i don&#8217;t believe i have &#8216;all&#8217; the answers but i do believe that if we actually look at more underlying causes we actually have to worry less about &#8216;what&#8217; disease is labelled.</p>
<p>Now, i know theres plenty of people that have lost loved ones and close friends to illness and it sucks.</p>
<p>What I&#8217;m championing here is an approach that is multifaceted and individualistic.</p>
<p>I was bounced from pillar to post in the conventional medicine world and it drove me crazy that none of the doctors really acknowledged the other ones expertise.</p>
<p>From the gastroenterologist who saw me for my gut, to being based to an endocrine specialist, then oncology etc.</p>
<p>No-one ever thought to ask &#8216;could all these issues be linked?&#8217;</p>
<p>in my eyes its CRAZY that people believe that your mind doesnt affect the body still.</p>
<p>literally 1000&#8217;s of studies show the link between chronic stress and the degeneration of the bodies tissues including the brain.</p>
<p>Its crazy that people hear the words &#8216;dementia&#8217; or MS and just throw their hands up and accept their fate.</p>
<p>There are so many amazing people in this world that have done the &#8216;impossible&#8217; with peoples health and i feel happy that i have met just a few.</p>
<p>So many are quick in the conventional world to shout &#8216;coincidence&#8217;, placebo or spontaneous remission.</p>
<p>Thats cool but does it actually help if you want to improve your own health.</p>
<p>Have we really become so disconnected from ourselves and nature that we don&#8217;t think that food, sleep, hydration and the right emotional environment can make even the smallest difference.</p>
<p>Im here because i questioned EVERYTHING i was told.</p>
<p>Conventional medicine kept me out of a wheelchair for my spine and saved my life with the tumour i had.</p>
<p>BUT being honest they were worse than bad when it come to the auto immune issue i had.</p>
<p>Following their advice i was 3 stone heavier than i am now, bone density was getting worse, my spleen and liver were suffering as a result of medication and i had zero energy.</p>
<p>Oh and i was told ill be on medication for life&#8230;</p>
<p>When i started to ASK different questions, i started to find different answers.</p>
<p>Fast forward and I&#8217;m 10 YEARS medication and symptom free and testing i run on myself shows no sign of illness.</p>
<p>I don&#8217;t say that to brag, i just want to raise the question of&#8230;</p>
<p>&#8216;Are we just too trusting on a conventional medical system that being honest doesnt have great results.</p>
<p>Autoimmunity higher than ever<br />
cancer going up<br />
Depression going up<br />
obesity going up<br />
diabetes going up&#8230;</p>
<p>Not to forget, prescription drugs are the THIRD leading cause of death behind heart disease and cancer.</p>
<p>Something to consider.</p>
<p>TO wrap up, I&#8217;m not saying the healthcare system doesnt do a good job, it saved my life at least twice.</p>
<p>What I believe is that WE are using it in the wrong way.</p>
<p>If we take responsibility for our health and wellbeing instead of handing our power away to pills and potions, wed be much healthier in my eyes.</p>
<p>Just some evening thoughts.</p>

<p>Now, depending how long you have been following me you might not quite know the depths of my knowledge and experience. I’m far from someone the brag about results for the most part but…</p>
<p>Over the years we’ve helped 7 people have ‘impossible’ babies aka they had up to 6 failed rounds of IVF, multiple miscarriages.</p>
<p>People remove PMS and have periods that they even didn’t realise were happening, until well, they did.</p>
<p>People off anti-depressants after 23+ years and doing just fine.</p>
<p>People off life long medication for auto-immune issues.</p>
<p>People free of IBS after 10+ years of constant pain, energy and mood issues…</p>
<p>I’m just getting started.</p>
<p>Here’s is what is important, I will NEVER claim to treat or cure anything, its just not what is required and its above my ‘station’ so to speak.</p>
<p>Over the 10 years of sorting out my own physical health mess and helping hundreds of people all over the globe, I’ve searched out, learnt from and implemented multiple disciplines.</p>
<p>Nutritional therapy</p>
<p>Functional medicine</p>
<p>Naturopathy</p>
<p>Homeopathy</p>
<p>Energetic medicine.</p>
<p>Sound healing…..</p>
<p>Here’s my ‘thing’, I’m not a specialist in anyone area and that is a conscious choice.</p>
<p>I personally haven’t seen one method that really can help all things.</p>
<p>What I have ‘mastered’ if it is anything is realising what a persons body requires in the moment.</p>
<p>Now I think we can all agree that if a person is in a car accident, they don’t need some sage smudged over them, they need emergency care, right?</p>
<p>Yet, does every symptom require a pill or conventional care?</p>
<p>Not in my eyes.</p>
<p>The human body is AMAZING, I have witnessed it first hand come out of the very worst and destructive places.</p>
<p>Now, I am not playing your ‘doctor’ here, I have no interest to learn a profession has 10 minutes for an appointment and only advice it to refer or write a prescription.</p>
<p>I have nothing against doctors, they go into the profession to HELP people like you and me, I have a issue with the boundaries that confine them and their choices.</p>
<p>Did you know on average after something is PROVEN affect through double blind, clinical studies that it can take 15 YEARS to become available to the public….</p>
<p>C’mon…we can do way better than that, right?</p>
<p>I am not saying I have all the answers, that’s a dangerous mindset to adopt in any arena in life. What I am saying is that I have a way that when applied can hand the power back to you.</p>
<p>When you understand the 3 main systems of the body (how I see them), how they work, interact and create results in the REST of the body, you take your power back.</p>
<p>I have literally used this with EVERY client that got the results you read about above.</p>
<p>The best bit is that there is no big health claims I will make, I wont even tell you that it will make you feel better. I just let you decide if it makes sense to you and then you can make the choice to change or not.</p>
<p>The last thing I think we need is ANOTHER way to eat, another way to exercise or diet.</p>
<p>Lets take something SIMPLE like weight loss for instance, all the PT’s / health coaches and dieticians tell you eat less calories, move more.</p>
<p>Makes sense…</p>
<p>Yet, what if you actually really don’t like yourself? Is it possible that people emotionally eat to find comfort. YEP. Thus calories will be higher but they are a result, not the cause.</p>
<p>What if you have hidden inflammation and infections that you got from the ‘dodgy tummy’ you got on holiday that is affected HOW you feel hungry or full</p>
<p>YES weight loss is simple but ill be honest, people KNOW that eating less processed food is a good idea and eating more fresh food is a good idea.</p>
<p>BUT HELLO</p>
<p>Why is obesity, diabetes and other lifestyle related diseases skyrocketing?</p>
<p>I personally believe that when you have the combination of the right mindset and understand the 3 system triangle, you have a map to success and self empowerment.</p>
<p><strong>The 3 system triangle</strong> of the gut, blood sugars and adrenals is what will empower you, that way you start to see why going to a ‘hormone balancing coach’ is pointless.</p>
<p>A few facts that you might not know about the 3 systems and WHY you will want to learn more about them…</p>
<p><strong>The GUT:</strong></p>
<p><strong><br />
</strong>– Around 75% of the immune system is IN or around the gut, its the first line of defence for the body and when its disturbed it will affect levels inflammation throughout the body.</p>
<p>– It has its <strong>OWN </strong>nervous system called the enteric nervous system, its important to know this has MORE nerves than the spinal colomb and also has nerve called the <strong>vagus nerve</strong> that has direct contact wit the <strong>brain</strong>. (why the gut is often referred to as the second brain)</p>
<p>– There are over 400 known types of bacteria in the gut that all have quite specific functions. When imbalanced due to long term high stress, infections or low level inflammation, they can imbalance the immune system and other systems.</p>
<p>– Every neurotransmitter (think serotonin) that has been found in the brain has also been found to have receptor cites in the GUT. Ever wonder why when your tummy feels off, so is your mood?</p>
<p><strong>BLOOD SUGARS:</strong></p>
<p>To be clear the body does a very good job at keeping your level of glucose in the blood in VERY tight ranges and if it didn’t it literally would be deadly. However, this doesn’t mean that people struggle with fluctuations and resistance issues which lead to disease like diabetes.</p>
<p>– Diet has a big affect on you blood sugars, very basically put if you have a highly processed diet of simple sugars and sugary drinks, you will likely feel on a rollercoaster most of the day with your energy. Likely have low energy issues around 2pm, 4pm and 6pm.</p>
<p>– Stress from emotional situations that become chronic and stress from inflammation, infections and even long term injury can imbalance your blood sugars which will lead to higher stress in the body.</p>
<p>– Poor sleep has been shown to contribute to poor blood sugar management and higher levels of glucose in the blood.</p>
<p><strong> ADRENALS:</strong></p>
<p>In the ‘holistic’ world the term ‘adrenal fatigue’ has become a common phrase thrown around. Sadly there really isn’t much good evidence to show its a ‘thing’. YET, there is evidence of adrenal suppression, which in part is signalled and controlled by the (internal &amp; external) environment and your brain. (its complex so not going to go deep here).</p>
<p>Your adrenals are VERY important and without them you would die. YET they do not control myself so before you go to someone for a ‘adrenal health protocol’ we have to KNOW and control WHAT they are being told.</p>
<p>Healthy adrenals will see you sleep better, have a higher sex drive and manage your weight and blood pressure better.</p>
<p>Just to name a few things…</p>
