<p>More freedom</p>



<p><strong>Do not guarantee Happiness and Fulfilment</strong> </p>



<p>Yet so many people chase ‘More’ Maybe that’s you?</p>



<p>Saying things like&#8230;When I have the money, THEN I’ll be happy. When I have more time THEN I will take the action.When I lose the weight THEN I will go shopping.</p>

<p>The more is better Mindset is one of the<strong> KEY</strong> reasons you continue to chase and <em>not</em> welcome in ease and flow into your life.</p>



<p>When you put conditions on life you, tell yourself you are not good enough NOW.</p>



<p><strong>Stop right here.</strong></p>



<p>Think about that.</p>



<p>How often to do put off doing something until you have more money, more time etc? I know I did. Truth is you get to start BEING the person WAY before the physical result comes Into your life.</p>



<p>Take money for instance: If you want more of it you get to drop the fears you have about your friends and family judgements on you.</p>



<p>If you want more free time you get to stop choosing to listen to society about how it works.</p>



<p>If you want a better body you get to stop emotionally eating and sabotaging yourself. Right?</p>



<p>We can all agree that we are great at firing the rockets of desires out into the world.</p>



<p>Yet we are often piss poor at holding ourselves accountable and being responsible for our current results. We sacrifice what we say we want for connection to people. Even if it doesn’t serve us. </p>



<p>Just think of that friend you won’t distance yourself from even though they are negative all the time. The subconscious desire to be loved and connected is running your life.</p>



<p>Just look at your results.</p>



<p>I choose to look at mine and I couldn’t quite believe the victim mindset I possessed .I thought it was hard to create time, to make money and to live location free.Yet here I am doing all off them. I work a few hours a day and I get paid to help people love their unlimited life. I’d love to say it happened over night, it didn’t. It took daily commitment year on year to get to where I am now. And where is that you might ask?</p>



<p>Happy. I’m happy NOW.</p>



<p>Regardless to what is in my bank account. Regardless to anything that is going on outside of me and in the world I allow myself to be happy. I know I CHOOSE how I feel.</p>



<p>For me it’s the most powerful place to be in. And here’s the kicker.The more I stay committed to this the<strong> better my life gets</strong>. </p>



<p>As they say&#8230;. The best time to plant a tree was years ago, failing that, NOW is the best time.</p>



<p>So right now decide to give yourself the feelings you desire.That way you can start easily calling forward what you desire.You can have it all, you just get to <strong>DECIDE.</strong></p>

<p>I used to wake up panicky for no reason, I’d need coffee to get focused. </p>



<p>I’d have to train hard to lift my mood and energy </p>



<p>Now, It’s easy, I wake up rested and ready to go.</p>



<p>Sure, it’s not always perfect but it’s 95% better. </p>



<p>This doesn’t just help me, it means I’m a better husband, </p>



<p>A more present coach, </p>



<p>And I make way sharper decisions.</p>



<p>I also get done in 2 hours what used to take me days. </p>

<p>It’s Time To Admit To Myself How Much My Work Affects My Health. </p>



<p>The last week has been freeing and quite uncomfortable also. </p>



<p>This year I have been blessed to work with some truly brilliant people. </p>



<p>What some of you might not know is that I have been dealing with neurological autoimmunity.</p>



<p>Long story short, it severely reduces my capacity to concentrate for long periods of time and focus. </p>



<p>Thus, the combination of a very busy year and this being present has taken a lot out of me personally. </p>



<p>Just this week I hired likely one of only 2 doctors in the world I would trust in this area to help me. </p>



<p>I know what to do, I just right now don’t have the capacity to hold space for clients / business / Marta and my health. </p>



<p>I asked for help. </p>



<p>He immediately explained the impact it’s having on my brain (as he had the same). </p>



<p>Thus, it’s why I have been talking about moving away from 1-2-1 and into helping our Mentorship clients. </p>



<p>As normal, when you talk about walking away, more people reach out for help. </p>



<p>So here’s the deal. I have only 5 spaces to work with me 1-2-1 for the rest of this year. </p>



<p>It’s the maximum I can handle which won’t negatively effect my brain. </p>



<p>Also, I’m not offering long term coaching. </p>



<p>The only option is for me to assess you fully, run testing and write up your plan. </p>



<p>After these are filled, I’m not sure I will do more 1-2-1 in the future as my longevity is of upmost importance to me. </p>
