There’s simply no place for us to ever get to

We’re never done, We’ll never be finished

There just is no final destination on this Journey

Life isn’t even a journey…

So how could there ever be a special, mystical, magical

Destination for us to get to?

Stop here for a moment.

Isn’t it how you’ve seen your life

All your life

Up until now?

Desperately trying to get to that PLACE?

Where you are done.

Where you are complete.

Where you can finally relax…

Yeah… I feel you!

Been there, done that… For soooo many years!

Think about it… Nursery, Preschool, School, University, Job, Retirement, Sickness, Death…

Hmmmmm…..

Where is this magical finale I ask?

The promised land

The time where you just know you’re ok. That all is good. That you are enough. That you have enough. That you can stop

Look around

And enjoy the time you have here

I can’t see it anywhere in that timeline. Can you?

Yeah I know… It sucks eh?

Damn right it does!

I spent 30 something years thinking I will get somewhere

Doing ALL the work. Going within. Searching. Chasing. Hustling

Always and in all ways.

Ending up disappointed. Throwing my arms up in despair

Asking WHEN? Oh when. Will this thing finally come to me?

Salvation. Elation. Reverence

And there was NOTHING. Just empty space

Sometimes (often) frustration

And a great deal of deep fucking existential pain

That seemed to have no end to it. No stop point. And no resolution

As there simply is not a magic place that we ever arrive to

So if that’s what your focus is

You’re likely to reach the end of your days still searching…

Does that excite you? Or make you want to just check the fuck out and forget about it?

We are not SEEKERS, We are CREATORS

What if, just what if… You claimed your peace NOW

By KNOWING that everything happens for a purposeful reason

And whatever you’re experiencing now. You are meant to. Just because it is happening

What if you knew and accepted for once that the time when you’re all good and ok is actually NOW

As there is no other time available to us

You are OK

Just as you are

In fact you’re more than OK

Just because you are here!

Regardless of how much or little of the precious monies you have in the bank

Regardless of what your personal health is like right now in this moment

Regardless of what your relationships are like with those that you love

Romantically or else

YOU ARE OK!

And YOU ARE WORTHY

Just because you are here

And if you want to come back and throw all the ‘buts’ and all the ‘ifs’ at me

You’re just not quite at the place of acceptance yet

And that is cool!

As this also is a part of this process. That you get to go through for whatever reason

Whatever it is that you have. Whatever it is that you are now. And whatever it is that you will experience in life

Can only be understood in hindsight

So look back

And use your discernment

Are you still here?

And are you still breathing?

YOU ARE

Cause you’re reading this

So clearly you’re all good

And so am I!

The more you embrace this. The more peaceful you will be. The more you will open the doors of creation.

That are always available to all of us out there

And if I was to share with you a secret

Of how to be, do, have all you want….

I can say only one thing

JUST. KEEP. GOING

And understand that as soon as you get ‘there’

There’s going to be yet another goal on the horizon..another intention.. and another objective

That’s the essence of us humans and how we are growing

None of these moments. None of these targets. Will ever be final

They’re just there to guide you

Back to your soul

And back to your purpose

It’s TIME to step up to embrace all the parts that you hide from YOURSELF and the world.

You see, I know you hide desires from people close to you and friends alike.

I know you bite your tongue to think you are keeping the peace.

I know you people please in the hope that it will be reciprocated in the future.

I know.

Yet suppression is the leading manifestation of Depression.

We are shaped and squished into these perfect little boxes that we paint in society, thing is everyone hates the boxes lol.

If you are a creative then the idea of waking up to an alarm, driving to a building where you sit in a cubicle for 8 hours then go home…

Not to mention the fact that someone else decides whether they give you time off or not…FUCK THAT.

Now I’ve had some pretty dark spots on my entrepreneurial journey to date, wondering what’s the point, shall I give up, get a real job?

Then I think.

Are you INSANE CLIFF?!

Now I’m pretty sure society would label be me insane for the life I live and the path I take yet just because LOTS of people think a certain way, doesn’t make it fact.

I think everyone that goes to work 5 days a week and does 40 hours of a job they give zero fucks for is INSANE.

Literally watching life pass by with every tick of the clock.

Maybe you have been there or maybe you are there.

I’m not a fan of telling people HOW to live, I just chose my path to look this way.

I do ask people often to step back and ask themselves ‘hWy they do what they do’.

The most popular answer…‘I don’t know’

Often people start with goals and visions, over the years they get ground down and they put their soul on a cheese grater each day……..just so they can keep up with society’s expectation of how life should look.

Yet when we zoom out… I see an issue here.

If society, governments and religions have got it all so right…Why is suicide so high?

Why is disease so high?

Why is obesity so high?

Hardly signs of a world that is happy, fulfilled and content.

Now don’t for a moment think I’m saying every entrepreneur is happy, healthy and loving the dream.

Far from it.

All I’m saying that if YOU have unfulfilled desires, goals and dreams, don’t let society judge whether they are a good idea or not.

It’s better to start and realise it’s not for you than to never start and have guaranteed regret.

Many things I have done in life I have come to realise are not for me but how do I know, I gave it a go.
