Do you have chronic gut issues?
Maybe you have even done testing, run protocols and cleanses to clear your gut…..BUT
You are still suffering the bloating, the pain, constipation and brain fog?
I spoke to a lady in the USA the other day, in this EXACT position.
She is constantly on enzymes and HCL to get some form of comfort.
Not to mention a heavily restrictive diet.
Over and over, I see people that get testing, are given protocols, see short term results but long term it just seems to get worse again.
Here’s a few reasons WHY that happens.
Now, coming from the ‘gut guy’ that might sound weird.
Yet it’s true, the gut is a massive player in health but it is interconnected on so many levels to the immune system and other cellular processes.
Thus if you just try to deal with the gut, it will fail long term.
There is nearly ZERO point running to supplements and protocols if you haven’t dialled in great behaviours to ensure gut health.
– Correcting circadian rhythm
– Upping physical activity (not exercise)
– Understanding the sleep / fast cycle
– Vagal tone
– Optimal cell hydration (to name a few)
Many believe that you can fix physical health by giving a big swerve to mindset. Nope, not going to happen.
The reason you have the issue is also because you have a mindset that allowed it to happen to a point. You gotta do the work as poor mindset will hold back physical health.
People believe that ‘1’ protocol or restrictive diet will solve their issues. Nope.
Your body is not static, thus you have to be willing to look at the body as moving part that has to be treated as such.
As I explained to this client, just because a person is symptom free on a diet, doesn’t mean it’s good for them long term.
Especially true if that is a very restrictive diet.
You don’t have to have a degree in biology or biochemistry but it’s essential to know that cell dysfunction is the START of a problem, over time it becomes a ’tissue’ dysfunction (many cells).
Thus you have to understand what is negatively effecting cell health and correct it as well as the gut.
Testing is a minefield. Conventional testing for stool is crap at best (pun intended).
Functional testing can almost be as bad when they release tested without the proper levels testing and proof the results can be replicated.
Do your research and don’t be afraid to ask questions on why a person is using a certain test.
This is a VERY brief list.
What I want you to know is there is always a way to improve your gut, even if you are on the toilet 20 times a day losing blood like I was 11 years ago.
You just need someone that isn’t obsessed with 1 area.
Good luck.
