Let’s rule out that the client isn’t following your suggestions first.
What I find is I have clients that come to me that have the perfect diet.
They know how to sleep,
They have filters, air cleaning devices
They track everything…
Yet still have symptoms.
Maybe this happens to you?
What I realised is that it’s a little more complex than we have been told.
The courses out there are great for theory but often poor when faced with a complex client.
Even trickier,
Some clients are doing the right things,
But at the wrong time.
That’s why Marta and I are pulling together a small group of 10-15 health & fitness professionals to show them how we continue to do the ‘impossible’.
We have been able to take 24 years of combined practice and break it down into 3 areas.
We call it the ABC Method.
A is for Assessment.
Knowing how to fully assess a client is crucial. Questions are great but not enough, same as lab testing. Screening for physical, mental and emotional history is imperative.
B is for the Basics.
There are a set of basics that when implemented, I have never not seen even small improvements. Somethings just work (No not a juice diet or just eating celery)
C is for Continuity.
After all, you should empower clients to get results long after they work with you,
Anyone can help someone in 8-12 weeks.
We ask our clients to come back in 3-5 years to update us and over and over they are thriving.
