7 Main Reasons People Can’t Improve Chronic Health Issues….
Even working with the ‘best’ people in their fields.
I spoke to a lady this week that hired the best doctors in a specific field.
No results.
Why?
Being a specialist in some respects is a hinderance when you can’t understand the bigger picture.
Take autoimmune for instance.
On average it took 10 doctors and nearly 15 years to get a correct diagnosis.
That’s why the people I do choose to work with get staggering results.
I only take on those that are a great fit.
So if you are struggling with chronic health issues you have to look at the following
Many tell me they had tests but nothing was found, then I test them and find multiple issues.
Simply this happens because quality of testing.
Food, sleep, stress are all crucial to improvement of chronic illness.
The issue is that there is no perfect diet.
It has to be built based on cross reactivity to the client.
Also, no-one truly improves long term without great sleep.
It’s like building a house of cards.
Molecular mimicry is a huge part of inflammation processes.
Yeast, gluten & dairy are issues but so are hundreds of others depending on susceptibility.
That’s why food sensitivity testing can be limiting done on its own.
As other factors like viruses might trigger false positives.
People often have undiagnosed bacterial, virus, fungal and parasitic infections.
All pushing the immune system and making healing hard
Many just think there is ‘leaky gut’ when in reality there are 3 types of leaky gut,
Moreover you can have a leaky lung, blood brain barrier and more…
The cells of these barriers are all the same.
Once comprised it causes immune activation that makes healing tricky.
People that are sensitive to things like scented candles, cleaning chemicals and such like have compromised chemical tolerance.
If you react to nearly every food you eat, it doesn’t mean they are all bad for you.
It means you lost oral tolerance.
This means you will need to re-establish that pathway by rebalancing the microbiome and regulatory immune cells.
So, in brief this is why clients don’t get better, especially if they are tough cases.
It’s a good job I’ll be teaching this to our Mentorship so they can recognise these clients and either help them or refer.
