Health is very complex, it’s no wonder people try to simplify it with approaches like ‘shake’ diets and such like. It’s no surprise we are seeing things like studies done on Herbalife and their products with scary findings. The most recent, linked the use of Herbalife to liver failure and found traces of heavy metals, toxic compounds and pathogenic bacteria.
