Environment, Environment, Environment – your life is like painting with watercolours

ENVIRONMENT ENVIRONMENT ENVIRONMENT!!

(And why I swapped 20 degrees and sun for frost and snow – and did snow angels as my workout today – proof further down for you so read till the end ????)

I know I sound like a broken record

You’ve heard me say before

That if your environment isn’t in alignment with how you want to live and what you want to experience

It’ll pull you in to alignment with everything that you don’t want

As it’s a greater force collectively

Than just you as a single unit

.

And that’s also why

Early Monday morning

I flew 3000km away from home

To be in the Polish mountains

To change my environment

To change my point of view

To create space to be here and write that

And to see and feel and think ALL the things

That I wasn’t able to in that moment being at home

And that doesn’t mean that my Cyprus home isn’t a great environment for me

It is!

It just wasn’t in that moment

With the in-laws visiting

Stuff going on constantly around me

I needed space

Quiet and tranquil

The whisper was strong

And I had to listen

This environment mis match

Is just temporary

And I acted on it swiftly

Yet imagine

If you have the whisper screaming at you

To change your environment

To do something about it

Yet you do nothing

You don’t act

You refuse to listen…

.

Now PAY ATTENTION

As this is everything

Let me explain it so you fully get what I am saying

You as a single human unit carry a certain amount of energy with you, call it your force field if you like

Now the collective environment that you spend your time in

The people, the houses, the landscape, the nature, animals, plants, but also the less tangible, the weather, the thoughts everyone is thinking, the mentality they have, the external noise etc. etc.

All of that collectively adds up to your —> you guessed it

ENVIRONMENT!!!

Now…

I am not a physics whizz

Yet this is simple

Whatever the stronger force is

It’ll pull the other forces around it towards itself

Just like when I paint with watercolours

The paint with less water will always flow towards the one with more water

Makes sense?

If the colours match and blend well

It’s magical to look at

When they don’t match and don’t blend the way you want them to…

It’s a fucking shit storm!!

And it looks dog shit too…

So now, imagine yourself as a watercolour that goes on a brush that hasn’t got that much water in the bristles

And your environment is the paints that are already on paper

Some have more water in them, some less, maybe they’re already drying

When you as the paint on the brush hit the paper

You won’t just go anywhere

You WILL go towards the closest to you paint that has the most water in it

Simples

That’s physics…

It is no different in your life!

You and your life, your body, your energy, your thoughts, your mentality

All sit on a brush like a paint ready to be put on paper

And each and every environment you put yourself in

Will always be greater than you on your own —> aka will be the paint with more water towards which you will inevitably flow

Now

Imagine that the environment you’ve placed yourself in

Is a colour that you freaking hate

You know it doesn’t match with the colour you are

And the result of you two blending together is an artist’s disaster

You know the moment when a painter throws his brushes and palette on the floor

Picks up a knife and obliterates his canvas?

Wasn’t it Van Gogh who famously did that?

Isn’t it how he ended up with one ear?

Maybe not, I’m not sure if I remember his story correctly

Yet you get the point now right though?

Now listen carefully again for a moment!

You absolutely CAN remain and stay within an environment that does not serve you

That does not blend with your colour

Yet the result will be…

Can you see it?

You’ll be freaking exhausted

As you’ll spend all your energy on guarding yourself

Protecting yourself from speaking to the people you don’t want to speak to

Looking at the things you don’t want to look at

Running from the mentality you know does not go with how you think and want to live your life

How many of you do that right now?

How many of you am I speaking to directly?

How many of you are now thinking… how the fuck does she know this is my life, that that’s what’s goes in my head, round and round like a hamster wheel ???? ???? ????

Well…

Been there

Done that

Got the badge

Yet NO MORE is the answer for me…

As in moments and situations like that

There’s no space

No capacity to do anything else than to guard yourself

There’s no space for creativity

There’s no space for fun and laughter

There’s no space for ideas

There’s no space for anything else

Other than protection

It’s like an annoying fly flying around your face while all you want to do is to enjoy your meal…

.

And I want you to know and remember

That it is you who chooses the colour you are, the colour you put on your brush

And it is also you who decides moment to moment

What colours you do or do not blend well with

And yes…

This can be the whole of your life all the time right now as you read this

Or it may be a temporary situation you deal with

Regardless

It is you who holds the brush and the palette ????????‍???? ????

And it is you who chooses where and how to put it on paper

And as scary as it may sometimes feel

To tear your paper apart

To slash your canvas with a sharp knife to pieces

What else do you have as an option?

To stay exhausted

To live frustrated to fuck

To see no way out and dead end signs every morning you wake up

And each night when your head hits the pillow

Sounds delightful doesn’t it?

And you know what I am going to say now to you right?

WE ARE HERE TO GUIDE YOU!

We’ve lived this way for far far too long

And we’ve moved away from it

Been there and done that

You see the life we live
